Pleasantly Pleased By Rock Band 3 Pro Guitar With The Most Beneficial Price.
I'm a novice to learning guitar. I own a Rock Band 3 Pro Guitar and also a amp and though I had tried many times to learn how to use it, there is very much other things taking my attention away from learning how to carry out. Enter the Rockband 3's Fender Mustang Professional Guitar and suddenly finding out becomes extremely intuitive. Part note: The tutorials while in the game are not preachy , nor feel like you come in a dry music course. They are high top quality and abundant!
I've owned this Rock Band 3 Guitar for 2 months now, have played it roughly everyday and I'm glad to express the buttons are not getting stuck or employed like Guitar Hero guitars (I'm checking out you Guitar Hero World Tour i always had to return 4 times consequently giving up).
Pros
----
1. Quality is fantastic: Strings offer good tension and don't lose tension with time frame. Buttons depress easily and provide no more resistance as opposed to actually pressing down even on a string. In fact I see barre chords easier using this guitar than on an authentic guitar.
2. Neck disassembles to get easy storage
3. Wi-fi
4. You can strum the strings aggressively but it doesn't damage the acoustic electric guitar.
5. Rockband 3 picks up the signal surprisingly well in accordance with no apparent lag.
Swindles
----
1. Rockband 3 doesn't recognize bent notes while far I haven't identified how to do a slide even on a sustained note that Rockband could possibly understand. Perhaps it's doable, but I can't attest to it.
For what it is: a learning tool: this peripheral works exactly as advertised.
Shortcomings versus a huge guitar:

1. Utilizing buttons, sliding along the fret board to accomplish a C5 followed by an F5 in to a C5 power chord from time to time leads me to slide to an "string". Thankfully this may be the biggest issue, which is absolutely not so bad an difficulty. Probably my being a noob makes up about 85% of this subject which maybe will improve after a while. But I do go better on my authentic Strat.
2. Each string is the equivalent size and feel i really find myself plucking the wrong string more easily than on an authentic guitar: once again I normally blame my inexperience to do this.
3. The strings don't make sound apart from a plucking sound so you will have to trust that what you're playing produces the serious song sound played as a result of Rockband.
4. This guitar is slightly smaller than a real guitar but isn't going to bother me. I switch from Mustang to make sure you real guitar and once again without feeling like may well be a discrepancy.
5. Sometimes I am that Rockband accepts bit mistakes like strumming a string I shouldn't be strumming, but usually the game play is right on the cash.
I am simply aiming how it differes originating from a real guitar and it is not meant to detract from that excellent product. My goal is to help you out decide if you intend this Fender Mustang or pick the Fender Squier "real" six string.
I really think this Rock Band 3 Pro Guitar is really a labor of love and worth every penny.
I give this your 9/10, where 10/10 is really a real guitar. I had an unusually experienced guitarist over in addition to he mastered this device in seconds and learned a whole new song with disturbing convenience. He liked the guitar very much and was very amazed.
